Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the original packaging with all tags still attached.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.

No restocking fees are charged.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired replacement once your return has been accepted.

Lost Packages

In the event that a package is lost during transit, we will gladly replace the order provided the correct shipping address was entered at checkout.

Unless you request a refund, we will wait 30 days before issuing a refund if the package is not delivered.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Personalized, custom-made, or discounted items may not be eligible for return where permitted by law.

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds
