It features a higher dome lid to increase cooking versatility锛� which allows you to prepare small roasts or whole chickens. A removable catch pan lets you quickly retrieve and discard any food items that may have slipped through the grates. This portable gas grill has a built-in lid thermometer that allows you to monitor the heat without opening the top. It is also equipped with a reliable electronic ignition锛� as well as an adjustable infinite control burner valve. Sturdy folding work tables on each side of the unit provide dedicated areas for prep and service.
